Ebola death toll rises to 887

Troops deploy across Sierra Leone and Liberia to make sure frightened communities under quarantine stick to health guidelines. This as the death toll from the world's worst Ebola epidemic rises to 887. The spread of the virus overshadows an unprecedented meeting of dozens of African heads of state in Washington.
