ECB expected to hold interest rates at record low

Bank of America is reportedly nearing a historic settlement to resolve allegations it sold bad mortgages that contributed to the 2008 financial crisis. Also, François Hollande suffers a blow to his plans to boost the French economy as the Constitutional Court blocks a key part of his proposed reforms.
