ECB expected to hold interest rates at record low

Bank of America is reportedly nearing a historic settlement to resolve allegations it sold bad mortgages that contributed to the 2008 financial crisis. Also, François Hollande suffers a blow to his plans to boost the French economy as the Constitutional Court blocks a key part of his proposed reforms.

Finally, the European Central Bank is expected to warn on the risks from the Russia-Ukraine crisis at its policy meeting. Naeem Aslam of Ava Trade gives us his take on what the ECB’s decisions mean for the eurozone economy.
