FRANCE 24 and SAMAR media take a closer look at the complex web of relations between Turkey and its Arab neighbours ahead of Prime Minister Recep Tayyip Erdogan's likely election as Turkey's new president on Sunday.

Hüseyin Oruç is deputy director of the Turkish NGO the Foundation for Human Rights and Freedoms and Humanitarian Relief (IHH). He discusses in an interview with SAMAR the 2010 “Gaza Freedom Flotilla” (Mavi Marmara) and IHH's humanitarian projects in Syria.
