Ebola crisis: Nigeria announces state of emergency

As the Ebola virus continues to spread, Nigeria declares a state of emergency and millions in special funding. This comes as the WHO issues a global alert over the West African epidemic. Also, a UN delegation opens talks in Tripoli in a bid to broker a ceasefire between warring militia.
