Niger: Top opposition figure to be questioned in baby-trafficking scandal

In the latest development in a baby-trafficking scandal in Niger, lawmakers voted to allow a top opposition figure, who's also the president of parliament, to be questioned by police. As the UN Security Council votes to take a tougher line with those contributing to escalating violence in Libya, the country's ambassador to the body warns that recent clashes risk tipping the nation back into a full-scale civil war. And we speak to African hairdressers in Paris who have staged their first sit-in.
