ENCORE!

How do artists and writers see the world? We take you to the crossroads where culture meets the news and engages with what's happening in our lives today. From Monday to Friday at 12.15 pm Paris time.

An art wonderland: A burnt-out piano, a bed in a box and a giant magic mushroom

For the first time, the famous Sèvres ceramic museum just outside Paris has opened up its gardens for a monumental exhibition. "Sevres Outdoors" brings together the works of thirty international artists. Eve Jackson goes along to explore.

Also on the show: we’re on the red carpet at the opening of the Venice Film Festival with Michael Keaton, Emma Stone and Ed Norton. Encore’s reporters also take us to Athens to discover the graffiti on the city’s walls which are worth a thousand words as artists respond to Greece's economic collapse.
