Fiesta or Fiasco? Brazil Aims to Pull Off a World Cup to Remember

It's kick-off time in the nation that puts the "beautiful" in the beautiful game. Sao Paulo, Brazil is hosting the opening match of the 2014 World Cup. But it's not all been plain sailing in the run-up to the tournament. Whilst a transit strike in Sao Paulo is on hold, an airport workers' strike in Rio is on... and workmen are still rushing to complete jobs on untested venues. Some see all this as merely the growing pains of success. For others, Brazil has bitten off more than it can chew.
