Thousands flee Libya and Nigeria to seek refuge in Niger

Niger's refugee camps keep growing. It is seeing a flood of people fleeing from Libya’s instability in the North and Nigeria's insurgency in the South. Also, there are hopes Ebola spread in Sierra Leone is slowing. Volunteers go door to door searching for hidden patients. Finally, Ivory Coast is still rebuilding itself after decades of instability. One welcome sign of growing confidence in the country's economy has been the recent return of the African Development Bank after 13 years away.
