Crimea Votes For Russia: A New Cold War? (part 2)

For nearly 97% of Crimeans, there's no going back. Russian speakers have been celebrating a "yes" vote in a referendum that paves the way for a reunification with Moscow. Crimeans seem undeterred by Western condemnation and the threat of sanctions; sanctions that target Moscow.
