Algeria: What's the Choice? Incumbent Bouteflika Votes in Wheelchair

Abdelaziz Bouteflika may get easily re-elected. Nonetheless, most Algerians will tell you that today's presidential election marks a new and perhaps more uncertain era. The 77-year-old Bouteflika cast his ballot from a wheelchair, after appearing not even once on his own campaign trail.
