It's a surprise cabinet reshuffle that could well determine the legacy - or seal the fate - of France's beleaguered president. Elected in 2012 thanks to endorsements that went from the communists to the centrists, Socialist François Hollande had so far hedged his bets with rival visions and ideologies represented within the same cabinet.
