Petition for Kagame to run for third term called into question

Nigeria and its neighbours agree to set up a joint military force to counter Boko Haram, a sign that crushing the Islamist militant group is a priority for President Muhammadu Buhari. Also, Rwanda's Parliament has received a petition in favour of allowing President Paul Kagame to stand for a third term in 2017, but the news has sparked concerns that signatures weren't always voluntary. And we talk to John Akomfrah, a Ghanaian-born filmmaker who explores black identity in his documentaries.
