A nightmare scenario is unfolding before the eyes of the Golan Heights' Druze community. Just across the border, in Syria, Islamists from the al-Nusra front are advancing towards the Druze town of Hader. The Druze minority in Israel are closely intertwined with the state’s history and have often fought and died in its wars. Now, though, they are calling for the Israeli government to act and prevent a massacre.
