Europe's record wave of would-be asylum seekers and migrants continues unabated and the scramble is on to cope with the crisis. This Thursday in the French port city of Calais the French and British interior ministers announced a new plan which includes measures to boost controls around the Channel Tunnel. Will it all discourage those desperate enough to try their luck, or simply shift the burden elsewhere? We look at Europe's migrant surge.
