In Iran, President Rouhani is hoping to obtain a majority in Friday’s parliamentary elections in order to carry out his reforms. The lifting of international sanctions mid-January, following the historic nuclear deal, promises to bring a breath of fresh air to the country's economy. The government expects growth of 5 percent next year. But Iranians themselves are hoping to see a concrete impact on their daily lives, as they told our correspondents in Tehran.
