A new chapter for Iran: Legislative elections pave way for pivotal changes (part 2)

The votes have been tallied following Iran's crucial double election hailed as "a turning point" in the history of the Islamic Republic. President Hassan Rouhani's allies have made major gains, but the country's reformists and moderate conservatives could not manage a parliamentary majority. It's still an embarrassing setback for the country's hardliners, who have sought to block his attempts to bring change to the nation after years of isolation.
