Ebola: Ivory Coast reopens its borders with Guinea and Liberia

Ivory Coast is lifting border restrictions with Guinea and Liberia. The government had closed them to slow the spread of Ebola, a disease the WHO has declared eradicated. Also, South Sudan’s economy continues to tumble. In July, inflation rates were 661% higher than a year ago. And for students around the world, classes are back in session. For 25 students in Rwanda's Kiziba refugee camp, the opportunity to get a university-level education is a dream come true.
