Pakistani girl power: 'Aware Girls' wins Chirac foundation prize for conflict prevention

In this edition, we're taking a look at how organisations in two neighbouring countries are using novel methods to improve the status of women. We report on a group of young Pakistani women who are risking their lives by teaching their younger sisters to stand up for their rights. Annette Young meets the group's founder, Gulalai Ismail, who's in Paris to receive the Jacques Chirac Foundation Prize for Conflict Prevention.

Plus in India, we see how female mediators are being employed to help those affected by domestic violence.
