We meet Turkey's Minister for EU Affairs and Chief Negotiator, Omer Celik. He tells us that the EU-Turkey deal on refugees is over, but when pressed says that for now Turkey continues to uphold its side of the agreement. He lashes out at the EU for not keeping its promises, but says that EU membership "remains Turkey's goal".
He also comments on the recent peace talks concerning the island of Cyprus, saying that the number of Turkish troops stationed there could be reduced.
