London rapper Loyle Carner drops debut album

Turning tragedy into triumph: Loyle Carner's brand of confessional hip-hop has catapulted the British hip-hop artist into the realms of the great storytellers of rap. He sat down with France 24 during the Paris leg of his tour.

Also, the "Picasso Primitif" exhibition is running at the Quai Branly museum in Paris until July 23rd, showcasing Picasso's lifelong admiration for art from different parts of the world.

And for almost a century, Ile Seguin, a small island on the Seine just outside Paris, was the site of a massive automotive factory. But the industrial zone is getting a cultural makeover - from a cacophony of car parts on a factory line to the songs of leading parts in a full-scale musical production.
