In the past three weeks, Kabul has endured no less than three terrorist attacks. The May 31 truck bombing was one of the deadliest in the country's history with at least 150 dead and over 300 injured. Despite decades of foreign aid and Western military supervision, the security situation in the Afghan capital seems to be deteriorating at an alarming pace. Is the government losing the fight, not only against the Taliban but also the Islamic State group? Our correspondents report.
