Donors pledge millions at Uganda refugee summit

In tonight's edition, we take a look at a UN resolution for an investigation into atrocities committed in DR Congo's Kasai region. Also, at the Uganda refugee summit, donors pledge millions of dollars to help South Sudanese people seeking refuge in the country. And in Senegal, corner shops turn to digital technology to boost productivity.

A UN resolution calls for an investigation into killings and other abuses committed in DR Congo's Kasai region. The Congolese justice system will head up the inquiry, a move the US has caused "concerning".

Also, in Uganda, international donors pledge millions of dollars to help a growing number of South Sudanese people seeking refuge in the country. The UN has praised the Ugandan government for what it calls extraordinary generosity.

And in Senegal, forget pen and paper to do your accounting. More and more businesses are turning to apps to boost productivity. The Weebi app does away with reams of paperwork, and saves time - we take a closer look.
