Several police officers killed in Al Shabaab attack in Kenya

In tonight's edition: several police officers are killed in a seven-hour gunfight with Al Shabaab militants along Kenya’s border with Somalia. Also, in Central African Republic, Bria is now run by militia groups who have turned their back on recent efforts to move forward with a hard-fought peace deal. Several police officers are killed in a seven-hour gunfight with Al Shabaab militants along Kenya’s border with Somalia. It’s the latest attack by the extremists in the run-up to next month’s general elections.

Also, we take a look at the Central African Republic city of Bria, which after a recent flare-up of violence is being run by militia groups who have turned their back on recent efforts to move forward with a hard-fought peace deal.
