Time to taper? ECB governing council meets in Frankfurt

Think Markets Chief Analyst Naeem Aslam joins us in the studio to talk about possible moves by the European Central Bank at its governing council meeting this Thursday. The ECB has been essentially pumping money into the eurozone economy for over two years with its bank asset purchase programme, but ECB chief Mario Draghi has been hinting that the time to wind that programme down is approaching.
