In tonight’s edition: dispute intensifies in Kenya with conflicting claims over the presidential election’s results, in DR Congo Human Rights Watch says 27 people have been killed this week and in South Africa, ballet meets contemporary dance in a new show in Johannesburg.

Celebrations break out in Kenya as supporters of opposition challenger for the presidency, Raila Odinga, heed claims from his camp that he has won the popular vote in Tuesday’s polls. Observers say results were not hacked. The wait for the official outcome continues.

Also Human Rights Watch claims that dozens of people have been killed this week in protests in DR Congo linked to President Joseph Kabila's extended time in office.

And Big City, Big Dreams": Johannesburg Ballet shares the limelight with contemporary dancers in the latest show to celebrate the South African city.
