As Donald Trump trades taunts with Kim Jong-un over the size and ability of their respective nuclear buttons, the North Korean leader has adopted a more conciliatory tone when it comes to Pyongyang’s southern neighbour. The telephone hotline between the two Koreas has been reopened, and there’s even talk of North Korea sending a delegation to the Pyeongchang Winter Olympics. As South Korean president Moon Jae-In heads towards dialogue, does it mean acceptance of North Korea as a nuclear power?
