Out of control? Mark Zuckerberg and the power of Facebook

On the first of two days of testimony on Capitol Hill, Mark Zuckerberg certainly convinced Wall Street. Facebook's worth soared by $5 billion in five hours. Zuckerberg says it doesn't feel like his empire constitutes a monopoly and insists he's hard at work trying to keep up with the kind of targeted content that may have undermined the US election, fanned the flames of intolerance that marred the Brexit vote or helped egg on a genocide in Burma. What are lawmakers going to do about it?
