After Iran, North Korea: Macron and Putin react as Trump scraps Singapore summit

Only a month ago, France's president was in Washington trying to convince Donald Trump to stay in the Iran nuclear deal. Now Emmanuel Macron has landed in Russia to discover the latest surprise out of Washington. From Saint Petersburg, Macron and Vladimir Putin digested the news that Trump has sent a letter to Kim Jong-un cancelling the planned June 12 summit with the North Korean leader in Singapore. Where do Trump's deeds and statements leave Macron and Europe?
