Berlusconi given one-year sentence in wiretap trial

Former Italian PM Silvio Berlusconi on Thursday was handed a one-year prison sentence for making public the contents of a wiretapped phone call relating to a 2005 banking scandal, but will serve no time until all legal appeals have been exhausted.
