INTERNATIONAL PAPERS, Tues. 02/08/11. The US debt crisis continues to dominate international papers. The International Herald Tribune says it highlights a deeper democracy crisis in the US. Meanwhile, Turkish paper Hurriyet looks at the recent resignation of top military officers and wonders what it means for the country. According to the paper, there is no need to exaggerate the incident. It's just proof that civilians are in the driving seat.
