"Price tag policy" is a phrase being painted on walls across the West Bank and heard on the Israeli news. Israel plans 'new settlements in East Jerusalem'

Israel has submitted plans to build more than 2,600 housing units in East Jerusalem, an anti-settlement group reported on Friday. The news prompted the chief Palestinian negotiator to say it "makes a mockery" of Israeli peace efforts.
