Dozens of capsized oil rig crew feared drowned in icy waters

Officials said on Monday that 16 men had died and 37 were feared drowned after an oil rig capsized off Russia's far east coast and sank in below-freezing temperatures on Sunday. Only 14 were rescued immediately after the accident.
