Correa offers hope on Betancourt

During his first official visit to France, Ecuadorean President Rafael Correa said he was willing to recognize the FARC if they stopped acting like terrorists, a statement welcomed by the family of FARC hostage Ingrid Betancourt. (Report: H. Papper)
