Shifting sands in the Middle East: Will Russia stay the course in Syria? (part 2)

The US and Russia came together in Paris at a conference in Lebanon, where the spillover from the Syrian war means at least a million refugees have crossed the border. Adding to that are tensions among Gulf states over Islamist rebels in Syria. François Picard and his panel look at whether the standoff over Ukraine will change Moscow's stance on Syria and what impact Gulf tensions are having on those in Syria and Lebanon.
