Just two years ago, it was ranked as the happiest country in the world by the United Nations. But since the Copenhagen shootings two weeks ago, Denmark has lost some of its optimism. The gunman was a 22-year-old gang member with a history of violence, but it's his conversion to militant Islamism that is most worrying. Malcolm Brabant reports from Copenhagen.
