Royal decree on low-cut tops

France's new Ecology Minister Ségolène Royal is said to have introduced a ban on low-cut tops in her ministry, much to the amusement of social media users. Royal denies the claim. Elsewhere, the city of Chicago has been dubbed "Chiraq" due to rising levels of gun violence which has led to confusion amongst some in France over Chirac and Chiraq. Finally, a "cat café" has opened in New York, but the concept has existed in Paris for much longer!
