Anti-racism banana campaign was pre-planned

A viral campaign that fought back against racist gestures in the world of football was pre-planned, it has emerged. The Brazilian footballers behind the seemingly spontaneous campaign, Neymar and Dani Alves of Barcelona FC, had consulted a Spanish PR company over how to deal with racist gestures such as banana-throwing.
