Too many graphic images from Gaza ?

More and more graphic images of the conflict in Gaza, some quite shocking, like those of dead children, are being posted online, but does this proliferation of images, true or fake, serve a purpose? Some journalists have called for restraint, arguing that too many images are devaluing the currency of shared humanity. Also, with social media encroaching on journalism’s turf, why are traditional media still needed?

We also take a look at images from this weekend’s banned pro-Palestinian rallies in Paris and its suburbs.
