Record low for Hollande with 4% approval rating

A poll conducted for Le Monde puts François Hollande's approval rating at 4%. However, those questioned were also asked if they were neither satisfied not dissatisfied with his record: 26% answered in this way which, some say, skews the final result and provides a lower than usual rating. If Hollande does not run for re-election, would Manuel Valls seek to take his place? Le Point says the prime minister has opted to support Hollande seeing as he himself would not win, according to the polls.
