French Jewish teenager regains consciousness

A 17-year-old Jewish boy who fell into a coma after a mob of youths severely beat him in a supposed anti-Semitic attack in a mixed Paris borough has regained consciousness, hospital officials said on Monday.(Report: R.Ranucci)

A Jewish teenager savagely beaten by a gang wielding metal bars in an apparently anti-Semitic attack in Paris came out of a coma Monday, hospital officials said.  
   
The 17-year-old had been in a coma after the attack Saturday evening by youths in Paris' multi-ethnic 19th district.
   
The hospital treating him said Monday his condition was "improving."
   
President Nicolas Sarkozy, in Israel for a state visit, led condemnation of the attack, expressing his "profound indignation" and reaffirming his "total determination to combat all forms of racism and anti-Semitism."
   
Anti-Semitism is a sensitive issue in France, where the 600,000-strong Jewish community is western Europe's largest, and which is also home to a five-million strong Muslim population.

In America, this attack is considered a hate-crime and trial is in a federal court. Sentences are very harsh. EU justice for such hate crimes is very weak and prisons offer no real punishment - just do your time, watch tv, socialize, etc - and get our early. American prisons for such people can be 23 hours of solitary confinement. It is impossible to have any respect for the EU justice system. The prisoners have more rights than the guards.

If the muslim terrorist prisoners were returned to their country of origin, the Sharia justice would be even more severe than American justice. One need only go to the city central square in Saudi Arabia or Iran to see Sharia justice on a Friday afternoon, after muslim prayers.

The EU should have learned by now, about what happens to a country that drives out its' Jews. Look at Spain after the Inquisition, or Russia after the Pogroms, or Germany after the Nazis took power. America has been the recipient of most of these persecuted people, and America has achieved the greatness, that Germany achieved from 1830 to 1933.

Europe is being taken over by Muslims with their outrageous demands for instituting Sharia law, while behaving in a lawless manner against the "infidels".

European anti-Semitism and hatred for Israel and America is a signal that the EU is on the path to self-distruction - and does not know what to do. This century will not be the European Century. Shame on EU appeasement to the forces of terror and hate.
