Lee Jung wins 1,500m at speedskating world cup
South Korean speed skater Lee Jung-Su leads the men's 1,500m finals at the ISU World Cup short track speedskating event in Marquette, Michigan. Lee won the men's 1,500m ahead of American Apolo Anton Ohno and Canadian Charles Hamelin.

AFP - South Korean Lee Jung won the men's 1,500m in the final event of the ISU short-track speedskating World Cup here on Saturday.

American Apolo Anton Ohno and Canadian Charles Hamelin finished second and third, while on the women's side China's Zhou Yang won the 1,500m.

The event, along with last week's installment in Montreal, served as Olympic qualifying competition.

Following these two North American legs an Olympic table will be drawn up with the top 32 competitors by distance booking their ticket to Vancouver.
