More than 60 high-level envoys from all around the world, including UN chief Ban Ki-moon and US Secretary of State Hillary Clinton, are gathering in Kabul for the biggest international conference there in decades. Delegates will be discussing the future of Afghanistan: improving governance and strengthening Afghan authorities as international forces eye a future drawdown of troops in the country.
