Ivory Coast's capital Abidjan was reportedly calmer Thursday morning, after incumbent leader Laurent Gbagbo imposed a curfew on a district loyal to his rival presidential candidate Alassane Ouattara. Speaking of whom, for once, France and the US are hand in hand supporting him. As well as hand in hand in Sahel fighting Al Qaeda. Even, some are saying, business partners in tghe region. As in a new alliance in Africa...
