The Italian press are furious at what they see as unfair scapegoating by Brussels - while the Daily Mail has some strong words for Nicolas Sarkozy.

La Repubblica says that Italy is being unfairly blamed for the eurozone disaster - whatever it does, it won't make Brussels happy.

Corriere della Sera agrees - and says Nicolas Sarkozy and Angela Merkel's smirking over Italy is insulting and smug.

The Daily Mail is even less complimentary about the French president - calling him a megalomaniac with a Napoleon complex.

The Times targets Occupy London protests - they've been out with thermal imaging cameras they say prove the tents aren't being slept in overnight - but the Guardian says that could be a good thing, since it proves protesters have real lives too.

INTERNATIONAL PAPERS, Mon. 20/05/13: Tunisian papers are optimistic democracy will prevail given the recent Salafist violence. Algerian papers are also reacting to the censoring of two dailies over an article that alleged President Abdelaziz Bouteflika had slipped into a coma.
