How can the international

How can the international community let this happen ??? Congolese people have been suffurring for more than a century. From the colonization of this country through its independence and over the cold war. We hoped that with the and of the cold war Europe and the United States will stop supporting those dictatorship regime, but nothing has changed. Can't the international community understand that a powerful Congo is for the good of everyone ???
