Russia cites 'crucial' issues with UN draft as vote nears

Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov said Moscow remains concerned over "crucial" problems with a draft UN resolution on Syria to be voted on Saturday, including its support for an Arab League demand for President Bashar al-Assad to step down.
