Japan ignored nuclear safety risks, new report says

Japan's authorities and Tokyo Electric Power ignored the risk of an atomic accident because they believed in the "myth of nuclear safety", a report on Fukushima said Monday. The study added that officials were not trained to deal with the crisis.
