10th of July: live broadcast of Nicolas Sarkozy’s speech at the European Parliament in Strasbourg.
The FRANCE 24 magazine programs and talk shows - Top Story, Face-Off, The Debate and The Interview* – will exceptionally be relocated to and presented from Strasbourg where the French President will address European Members of Parliament.
Accompanied by experts and analysts, the FRANCE 24 special correspondents will give updates throughout the day in news bulletins as well as on FRANCE24.com. In addition, the internet site will devote a special report to the institutional mechanics of the Lisbon treaty, the major European Union projects and how Europe is perceived by its citizens.

12th -13th July: Mediterranean Union Summit, Paris
Complementing this special edition, FRANCE 24 will offer exhaustive coverage of the Mediterranean Union summit, which will conclude on the 13th of July in Paris: direct broadcast of speeches by different heads of state, reports on the theme, analysis from correspondents in the principal Mediterranean Basin capitals, debates and interviews with prestigious guests in three languages.
