FRANCE 24 ON THE iPHONE
FRANCE 24 has launched a version of its mobile internet site that is specially tailored for the iPhone (http://iphone.france24.com) and that uses the 3G connection available on the latest version of the phone.
The site presents the main international headlines in the form of text, photos and videos.
The latest news bulletin is also available (updated every half-hour) as are the business bulletins and the channel’s world weather report. Three main headings allow the user to choose between full articles (“NEWS”), the latest news wires (“WIRES”) and a choice of programmes (“TV”).
The iPhone site is available in three languages: French, English and Arabic.
This service is updated 24 hours a day and the videos are accessible by 3G connection or Wi-Fi.
