Hazanavicius takes Directors Guild honour for 'The Artist'

French filmmaker Michel Hazanavicius took the top award from the Directors Guild of America for "The Artist" on Saturday, beating out Woody Allen for "Midnight in Paris" and Martin Scorsese for "Hugo".
